Published prices

Three audits. One-time. No keys.

The price is for a written decision and the evidence behind it. You submit the appeal from your own account, so the price does not include access, submission, or a promise about Google's decision.

Why this price

You are buying the reading, not the keys.

The cheap end of this market sells a template. The expensive end sells a done-for-you service that logs in, edits, and submits. Both make sense for someone. This sits between them: a human read of your public store and notice, a written decision, and a draft you control.

The trade-off is real. You do the submission. I do not see the inside of your account, so I cannot promise what a reviewer will do. What I can do is tell you, before you spend the attempt, whether the evidence is strong enough to send.

Not included, on purpose
  • Logging in to Merchant Center, Shopify, or your email
  • Submitting the appeal for you
  • A guarantee of reinstatement
  • Inventing an address, phone number, or business identity
  • Legal advice or a legal opinion
  • Calls, calendars, or a discovery meeting
The decline promise

If the answer is “Not yet”, the audit is free.

It is the simplest way to make the honest answer safe for both of us. I am not paid to tell you to appeal. I am paid to tell you what is true about the public store, and then to write the best case the evidence supports.

How payment works

This site does not take a card. You send the case, I confirm the scope, and you receive a payment link. Nothing is charged before you approve the scope. If a hosted checkout link is configured for the tier, the confirmation page will show it.

If you need an invoice or a different payment route, email support@merchantfix.online.

Pricing FAQ

Before you choose.

If the answer is not here, email support@merchantfix.online. I reply in writing, usually within one business day.

Why is this cheaper than a done-for-you service?

Because you submit the appeal and I never touch your account. You are paying for the reading, the judgment, and the writing. A done-for-you service carries access, handling, and submission risk — and usually a much higher price. If you want someone to log in and run the case, I am not the right fit.

What exactly counts as one business day?

One business day starts when the payment clears and the intake is complete, Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. If you send the case on Friday evening, the clock starts on Monday. If I miss the promised date, the refund policy applies automatically.

Can I upgrade from $49 to $99?

Yes. If you buy the Second Opinion and then decide you want the full audit, email me with the order ID and pay the difference. You do not lose the first read; it becomes part of the audit.

Do you charge before you know whether the case fits?

The site takes the case first and does not charge you. I read the intake, confirm that I can help, and send a payment link. If the case is outside the scope — for example, a platform other than Google Merchant Center — I say so before you pay.

What if I pay and then you tell me not to appeal?

The audit is free. That is the decline promise: if my written go/no-go says NOT YET, the fee for that audit is refunded in full. You keep the work. I would rather lose the fee than sell a letter that wastes an attempt.

Is there a subscription or an upsell?

No subscription. After delivery, I may offer a re-read of changed pages or a monitoring re-scan, but only if you ask. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no hidden retainer.
