A small service with clear edges.
These terms describe what you buy, what I do, what I do not do, and where the risk sits. They are written to be read before payment, not discovered after.
1. The agreement
By sending a case or paying for an audit, you agree to these terms and the refund policy. If you do not agree, do not send a case or pay. The service is operated by Appeal Ledger, India.
2. What the service is
Appeal Ledger provides independent research and writing about Google Merchant Center suspensions. The deliverable is a written audit of public pages, a go/no-go decision, a prioritized fix list, and — when the decision supports it — an appeal draft. It is a second opinion, not a done-for-you reinstatement service.
The service is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you need legal advice, hire a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
3. What I will not do
- Log in to your Merchant Center, store, email, or payment account.
- Ask for a password, a two-factor code, or an API key.
- Submit an appeal on your behalf.
- Invent an address, phone number, business identity, or review.
- Open a new account to avoid a suspension.
- Guarantee reinstatement or a timeline from Google.
If you ask for any of these, I may decline the case and refund any payment. The refusals are part of the service, not an obstacle to it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and only content you have the right to share.
- Do not paste passwords, two-factor codes, API keys, or other credentials.
- Submit the appeal yourself, from your own account, and comply with Google's rules and applicable law.
- Tell me if the store changes materially after delivery, because the audit describes the version it saw.
- Use the audit for your own business. Do not resell it as a template or represent it as your own method.
5. Orders, scope, and payment
The site lets you send a case first. I review the intake, confirm that the case fits the service, and send a payment link. Nothing is charged before you approve the scope. The prices are in US dollars and are one-time; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on the invoice. A hosted checkout, when configured, is operated by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
If the case is outside scope — for example, a platform other than Google Merchant Center — I will say so before you pay.
6. Delivery
Delivery is by email to the address you provide, within the business day promised for the tier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. The $149 Appeal Pack includes one revision within 30 days of a denial or a request for more information. If I miss a delivery date, the refund policy applies.
7. No outcome guarantee
Google decides whether to reinstate an account. A SEND IT decision means the public evidence is ready to be reviewed; it is not a prediction, a promise, or a guarantee. No statement on this site should be read as a claim about the likelihood of reinstatement.
8. Refunds
The refund policy is part of these terms. It covers late delivery, a wrong public-page fact, a NOT YET decision, and cancellation before delivery. It does not cover Google's decision.
9. Intellectual property
You keep your store content, notice, and appeal material. I keep the method, templates, structure, and wording of the audit. You receive a licence to use the delivered audit and draft for your own business, including submitting it to Google. You may not resell the audit, publish it as a template, or use it to train a competing service without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
I treat case material as confidential and do not share it with other merchants. I may discuss the work in an anonymised, aggregated form only if it cannot identify you, and only after delivery. If you do not want that, tell me in writing and I will exclude the case.
11. Independence
Appeal Ledger is independent. It is not affiliated with Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, or any platform. Google Merchant Center is a trademark of Google LLC. References to platforms are descriptive, not an endorsement or a partnership.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid for the audit that gave rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or a platform decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.
13. Termination
Either of us can end the engagement before delivery. If I end it, I refund the fee for work not delivered. If you end it, the refund policy applies. After delivery, the confidentiality, intellectual-property, and liability sections continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes
I may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you pay is the version that applies to that order. The effective date is at the top of this page.
